Relia Advanced Composites Co., Ltd. (“we”) wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all products purchased through our website or direct orders. We accept returns and issue refunds only in accordance with this policy.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Products are defective (manufacturing error, wrong dimensions, material quality issues)
  • Return request is submitted within 7 business days of delivery
  • Products are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Return is pre-approved by our sales team (via email confirmation)

Custom products are non-returnable unless defective (per our quality standards).
